Do your products contain Vitamin B6?
WelleCo products do contain Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) which is a vital water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B6 supports various functions within the body. When taken as directed most people experience no adverse effects. Like with many ingredients if excessively consumed they can have potential side effects in some people.
In some individuals when consumed in high amounts Vitamin B6 has been linked to side effects such as numbness, burning or tingling in the hands and feet. These symptoms can also be experienced when deficient in Vitamin B6. If any of these side effects are experienced, please contact your Primary Healthcare Professional.
We recommend looking at the supplements you're taking and ensuring that the total daily amount you are consuming is right for you. So good I got my life back
I started this year 15 months pp after my second baby hardly functioning every period and ovulation. My energy levels would just plummet. I started pms elixir and super in the mornings and oh my word I cannot believe the difference. I’m not bed ridden every second weekend and I can keep up with my 2 young, energetic boys.

It relieved migraine hugely
I started to have significant migraines 1 week prior and 1 week during my period. Such that functioning was becoming very difficult. I started PMS elixir on the recommendation of my sister who experienced the same and I can safely say that after the first period I really started noticing effects! I only have a light headache on the day of my period but no migraines anymore! For me, it's definitely working!!
